Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group (VCG) presents
2025 HIGH SCHOOL PITCH COMPETITION
$1000 PRIZE MONEY

Ready to participate?
The Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group (VCG) is excited to announce our inaugural High School Pitch Competition! At VCG, our mission is to bridge the gap between ambitious entrepreneurs and the world of venture capital. Now, we’re extending that vision to the next generation of innovators.
Open to all high school students and rising college freshmen, including international participants, this competition is a unique opportunity to pitch your start-up or business idea to a panel of Harvard students and venture capital professionals. Whether you’re just beginning to explore an idea or already working on a project, we welcome all levels of experience and innovation.
Teams of up to two are allowed (you do not have to be from the same school).
To enter, simply submit a 3-5 page business plan accompanied by a 2-minute video showcasing your product concept, market opportunity, competitive edge, and execution strategy. There is no strict format for the video, so we encourage you to be creative! The top 10 finalists will be chosen to give a 10 minute presentation and respond to Q+A of their idea on Zoom.
The deadline to submit your business plan and video is September 14th at 11:59PM EST. Presentations for finalists will occur during the last weekend of September.
