Fostering connections

The Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group's core mission is to drive innovation by connecting founders with investors. We do so by offering our members the ability to identify promising founders, whose startups serve as successful investments for our Partner VCs.

Executive Board

Our Executive Board coordinates the organization’s operations and ensures the delivery of quality reports to VC partners. The Board guides VCG’s vision of innovation and collaboration between the entrepreneurship and venture capital communities.

  • Nick is a junior concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Molecular and Cellular Biology. He loves hearing ground-breaking ideas directly from founders and conducting market research. Beyond VCG, Nick has worked as a business consultant for an AI tech startup in Paris and SDG portfolio construction for a sustainability focused asset management firm. He plans to intern with Fidelity’s fixed income division next summer. When he’s not meeting with founders or VCG partners, you’ll find Nick running, skiing, or exploring the city of Boston.

  • As Vice President of VCG, Cosette is in her third year with the organization with prior experience on the Executive Board as Director of Operations and Marketing Director. Cosette is a junior at Harvard concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Government. Her interest in venture capital was first sparked in high school under the mentorship of Barry Weinman. Outside of VCG, Cosette is Co-President of the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, Co-Captain of the Harvard Club Tennis Team, and the founder of Scleroderma United, an international nonprofit connecting and empowering people with the rare autoimmune disease scleroderma.

  • Pablo is a sophomore concentrating in Applied Mathematics & Economics with a secondary in Philosophy. At VCG, he works as Sourcing Director, supervising the work of VCG's sourcing teams. Pablo is interested in B2B startups in a myriad of different verticals. Outside of VCG, he loves to read, discuss philosophy, and play the violin.

  • Vincent is a sophomore at Harvard pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Vincent first joined VCG as a freshman to learn more about the world of venture capital and startups and investigate how founders build successful companies. Outside of his role as VCG's Director of Recruitment, where Vincent leads the trial and training process, he enjoys working out, listening to music, and playing poker.

  • Rick is a Junior in Cabot House, studying Economics alongside a dual degree at the Berklee College of Music. Rick is on board as the Director of Events for VCG, where he leads efforts in planning and running internal and external events of all varieties for the group. Outside of VCG, Rick plays rugby with the HRFC, sings with the Krokodiloes, is Social Chair for Cabot House, and is a DJ at Harvard Reverb.

  • Helen is a Junior in Dunster house studying economics with a secondary in astrophysics. Helen joined VCG based on her long-term interest in company management and the founding process. As Director of Communications, Helen controls both internal communications with the analysts, as well as external relations with VCs. Outside of VCG, Helen can often be found in The Harvard Crimson or running by the the river.

  • Rick is a Junior in Cabot House, studying Economics alongside a dual degree at the Berklee College of Music. Rick is on board as the Director of Events for VCG, where he leads efforts in planning and running internal and external events of all varieties for the group. Outside of VCG, Rick plays rugby with the HRFC, sings with the Krokodiloes, is Social Chair for Cabot House, and is a DJ at Harvard Reverb.

  • A sophomore in Dunster House, Jack concentrates in Economics and Computer Science. Jack joined VCG because of his interest in startups and is currently working on his own startup as a Venture Leader at the Harvard Innovation Labs. Outside of the venture space, Jack writes for The Harvard Crimson as a sportswriter and volunteers at the Phillips Brooks House Association. In his free time, Jack likes to play basketball and read.
